NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh — November 2, 2026 — Lighthouse IoT Solutions, an Indian original equipment manufacturer of smart metering and energy monitoring devices founded in 2021, has disclosed the current line-up of products it supplies to electricity distribution companies, real estate developers and industrial operators in India.
The Noida-based company said its portfolio covers three-phase and single-phase smart meters, along with prepaid token meters offered in Bluetooth and keypad variants. Beyond electricity metering, the company lists solar, electric vehicle, glass and water meters. For infrastructure and field operations, it offers the Dhara GSM pump controller, the Uday timer and a three-zone street light controller.
Lighthouse IoT said the range is intended to address the different points at which energy and infrastructure meet, from household billing to public lighting and water management. The company's stated position is that a meter should function as an operational data source rather than only a billing device, allowing organisations to see consumption in time and act on it.
The company said its name reflects that positioning. In a statement, Lighthouse IoT described a lighthouse as a reference point that does not control the sea but provides guidance, and said it applies the same idea to energy management: customers should be able to see their energy landscape clearly before deciding how to manage it.
Lighthouse IoT also restated a long-term objective of ranking among India's top two smart meter OEMs. The company did not provide shipment figures, revenue data, customer counts or a timeline to support the target, and no independently verified market-share data was included in the announcement.
The disclosure comes as India's distribution utilities continue to modernise metering and network infrastructure, and as commercial property developers and industrial operators face growing pressure to document resource use. Those trends have expanded demand for connected metering hardware, though the sector also places a premium on data accuracy and device reliability, since utilities rely on meter readings for billing and loss assessment.
Lighthouse IoT said it designs its products for the operating conditions faced by Indian utilities, developers and industrial users, with an emphasis on measurement precision and connectivity. The company did not disclose manufacturing capacity, certifications, order book or the number of installations to date.
According to the company, its products are intended to support measurement and management of energy, water and public infrastructure within long-term sustainability programmes. Further details on specifications, deployments and commercial terms were not included in the announcement.
